Prime Health Harley Street is an accredited UTI Institute member delivering structured, advanced care in recurrent and complex UTI management in central London.

Prime Health is a CQC-registered private diagnostics and GP provider with five centres across London, Surrey, Sussex, Greater Manchester and South Wales. Its Harley Street centre at 45 Queen Anne Street – relaunched in 2026 following a £2 million investment – combines a 3T MRI, ultrasound, blood testing and a private GP service with consultant-led reporting, all within the Harley Street Health District.

Prime Health has partnered with urologists who follow the gold-standard level of care approved by The UTI Institute, bringing accredited recurrent and complex UTI management to its Harley Street patients. With the Institute’s structured diagnostic and treatment pathways sitting alongside Prime’s on-site imaging and point-of-care diagnostics, patients can move from first consultation to accurate diagnosis and individualised treatment in one place.
